Amorphous alloy transformer

An amorphous alloy transformer is a new environmentally friendly and energy-saving transformer. First of all, in terms of environmental protection, according to tests, when amorphous alloy iron cores are used in oil-immersed transformers, they can effectively reduce emissions of harmful gases such as CO, SO, and NO, and reduce the degree of air pollution. Therefore, it can be called a "green product" in the power products of the 21st century. Secondly, the amorphous alloy transformer is characterized by very low no-load loss and obvious energy-saving effect. Due to the magnetic conductivity of amorphous alloy materials, they are more easily magnetized or demagnetized. Therefore, the no-load loss of amorphous alloy transformers is lower than that of traditional transformers.

The no-load loss of amorphous alloy transformers is about 20% of that of S9 transformers. In areas such as highways, urban infrastructure, and residential communities where the power load fluctuates greatly, the energy-saving benefits of amorphous alloy transformers are obvious.
