Product Description

The gas Relay is a main protection device for internal faults of the immersed Transformer and oil immersed on the load Tap Changer. The gas relay (gas relay) is installed on the connecting pipeline between the transformer and the oil conservator. When the internal fault of the transformer causes oil decomposition to produce gas or oil flow impulse, the contact of the gas relay will act to connect the specified control circuit and send a signal in time or automatically cut off the transformer.

Maintenance

1. The relay shall undergo appearance inspection and reliability inspection of the signal circuit and trip circuit once a year.

2. The relay in operation shall be uncovered once every two years for internal structure and action reliability inspection.

3. The power frequency withstand voltage test shall be carried out for the operated relay every five years.

The method of selecting a transformer gas relay is relatively simple, which is to look at the diameter of the connecting pipeline between the transformer body and the transformer oil storage tank. If the diameter of the pipeline is 50mm, choose the QJ-50 gas relay; If the diameter of the pipeline is 80mm, choose the QJ-80 gas relay.
