Dry Type Transformer Cooling Fan refers to the device used for transformer cooling. It is designed and produced in strict accordance with JB/T8971-1999 Crossflow Cooling Fans for Dry-type Transformers. The iron core of the motor stator and the rotor is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with low noise bearing. The impeller adopts aluminum alloy surface electrophoresis treatment and then fine dynamic balance adjustment. The left and right end plates are made of stainless steel by stamping, and the air inlet plate, air outlet plate, and air guide plate are made of aluminum alloy profiles by buckle combination. The fan has a reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, large air volume, low noise, low temperature rise, long service life, stable operation, convenient installation, etc.

working principle

When the cooling fan is used for the dry-type transformer, it is placed on both sides of the lower part of the transformer coil to blow the cold air directly into the high and low-voltage cooling air ducts of the transformer coil, with a noticeable heat dissipation effect, which can ensure the regular operation of the transformer and extend its service life. (The cooling fans startup and shutdown, transformer overtemperature alarm, and overtemperature trip are provided by temperature control device).

Cooling mode
