- Project Overview: A utility-scale PV plant required co-located battery storage to smooth solar output, perform peak shaving, and improve grid-friendliness for grid connection.
- Customer Challenge: The site is in a dry, high-wind region. The client needed cells with high-temperature cycle stability and excellent consistency, plus a fast, modular delivery to meet a tight grid-connection deadline.
- Our Solution: 280Ah prismatic LFP cells in liquid-cooled modules and standardized containerized BESS — a turnkey solution from cell to container.
- Key Specifications: System capacity 50 MW / 100 MWh · Cycle life ≥ 6,000 (0.5C/1C) · Design lifetime ≥ 20 years · Round-trip efficiency ≥ 90% · Lead time 24 weeks
- Project Results: Energized on schedule, dispatching up to 100 MWh per cycle, cutting PV curtailment and generating revenue through peak-valley arbitrage and ancillary services.
